Responsibility
- Identify and research martial arts gyms in target locations
- Contact gym owners via email, phone, or social media to introduce LockaRoom’s services
- Book qualified introductory calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and call bookings
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, or the tech industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
