Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice on product features, benefits, and styling to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A keen interest in fashion, sports, and lifestyle trends.
