Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of JD Sports’ latest collections, including footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic work environment.
- Stay updated on current sports and fashion trends to provide relevant recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for sports, fashion, and sneaker culture with a desire to stay ahead of trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
