Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide expert product knowledge on sportswear, footwear, and accessories to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on the latest sports and fashion trends to engage customers and drive sales.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not requiredâwe provide full training!
- Passion for sports, fashion, or lifestyle products with a keen interest in staying updated on trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
