Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter and sales floor
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locations, and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and rotating products
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and visual merchandising activities
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
