Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate billing and change distribution.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged items to the store manager.
- Process deliveries, unpack shipments, and label products for display.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Adhere to store policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
