Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product selection and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and Mango’s latest collections.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
