Responsibility
- Represent Coolblog as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and drive sales through exceptional service.
- Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and share brand stories to educate customers about Coolblogâs offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to the management team to ensure product availability.
- Participate in local events, pop-up shops, and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or brand promotion is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of fashion, lifestyle products, or retail trends is a bonus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia (e.g., valid work permit or local residency).
