As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s success while offering you a rewarding career path in the retail and consumer goods industry.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driving license (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
