Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and report low stock to management.
- Promote current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Assist in setting up in-store displays and promotional materials to attract foot traffic.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for handling transactions and communications.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays (as needed).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light boxes (up to 10 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
