Responsibility
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Prepare and serve food items according to Wingstopâs recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
- Follow Food Safety and Hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to Operational Manuals and standard procedures for order taking, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old (as per local labor laws).
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
