Responsibility

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
  • Prepare and serve food items according to Wingstop’s recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
  • Follow Food Safety and Hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to Operational Manuals and standard procedures for order taking, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old (as per local labor laws).
  • Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Indonesian.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
