Responsibility
- Supervise daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with Hilton standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to optimize workflow and service quality.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for outlet staff.
- Contribute to pre-opening tasks, including setup, training, and operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Previous pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
