Responsibility

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, and membership registrations.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth class schedules and facility usage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Resolve member concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Promote studio events, classes, and membership offers to current and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role (gym/fitness industry is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or sports is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or administration are a plus.
