Responsibility
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences or special requests.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems, providing accurate receipts.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or membership packages to enhance guest engagement.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Passion for health, wellness, and customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak dining times.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
