Responsibility
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries about memberships, classes, and facilities.
- Schedule appointments, bookings, and fitness assessments using our management software.
- Process payments, membership registrations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects our brand’s luxury standards.
- Collaborate with the fitness and wellness team to coordinate schedules, promotions, and special events.
- Provide information about local attractions, wellness retreats, and partner services to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role, preferably in a fitness, spa, or hotel setting.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic POS or booking systems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for health, wellness, and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of Bali’s wellness or tourism industry is an advantage.
