Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and check in/out guests with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution, maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage room assignments, reservations, and cancellations using our property management system (PMS).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet expectations.
  • Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
  • Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and cultural experiences to enhance guests’ Bali stay.
  • Assist with special requests, such as VIP arrivals, group bookings, or accessibility needs.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while adapting to guest needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, French) are a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with Balinese culture and tourism trends is advantageous.
