Responsibility
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dining or hospitality role (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and guest interactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing is advantageous.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
