Responsibility

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, including table arrangements, linens, and silverware.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Monitor and replenish dining supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and beverages.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling in compliance with establishment policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (cafés, restaurants, or hotels).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak dining periods.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and coffee pairings (training provided).
  • Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
