Responsibility
- Deliver Excellent Service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Follow Food Safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen and dining area.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Wingstop’s Operation Manual and quality standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating products to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Uphold brand standards in presentation, portion control, and service speed.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old (or as per local labor laws).
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is a plus but not required—training provided!
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and reliability.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
