Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in stocking, restocking, and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior F&B experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
