Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and service excellence.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality product offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving sales and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of local food and beverage trends in Bali.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
