Responsibility
- Deliver Excellent Service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Follow Food Safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items in compliance with health regulations.
- Adhere to the Operation Manual to maintain consistency in service, cleanliness, and restaurant operations.
- Prepare and package food orders efficiently while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
