Responsibility

  • Deliver Excellent Service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Follow Food Safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items in compliance with health regulations.
  • Adhere to the Operation Manual to maintain consistency in service, cleanliness, and restaurant operations.
  • Prepare and package food orders efficiently while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
