Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve Wingstopâs signature menu items with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary restaurant environment, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and restrooms.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions with precision and professionalism.
- Follow Wingstopâs operational manuals and procedures to ensure consistency in food preparation, service, and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring ingredient levels, and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold brand standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not requiredâwe provide full training!

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders accurately.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and cleaning.
