Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve Wingstop’s signature menu items with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary restaurant environment, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and restrooms.
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions with precision and professionalism.
  • Follow Wingstop’s operational manuals and procedures to ensure consistency in food preparation, service, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring ingredient levels, and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours and special events.
  • Uphold brand standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required—we provide full training!
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality to engage with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders accurately.
