Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve Wingstop’s signature menu items, including wings, sides, and beverages, while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring food and beverage levels to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Adhere to Wingstop’s policies, procedures, and brand standards to uphold consistency and quality.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg (33 lbs).
- Passion for food, customer service, and teamwork.
