Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or chat to explain insurance products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (e.g., health, life, or property insurance).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in insurance or sales required—full training provided.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
