Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and interactive programming lessons to students aged 7-17 using our established curriculum.
- Guide students through project-based learning, assisting them in building applications, games, and web interfaces.
- Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
- Provide regular feedback to parents and management regarding student progress and learning milestones.
- Prepare classroom materials and troubleshoot basic technical issues with hardware or software.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to master new technologies and pedagogical methods.
- Inspire students to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills through code.
Qualifications
- Current university student (majoring in IT, Computer Science, or Education) or a fresh graduate in a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g., Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript).
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to children and beginners.
- Passionate about education and motivated to help students achieve their potential.
- Ability to work part-time hours, specifically in the afternoons or weekends (Tanjung Duren location).
- Patience, high energy, and a professional attitude toward classroom management.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
