Responsibility

  • Manage and organize the Operational Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the manager, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
  • Assist in tracking project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and office supply management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
