Responsibility

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure availability.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Organize and file documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and conducive to productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
