Responsibility
- Provide real-time translation and interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian/English for meetings, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and translating business documents, emails, and reports to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Mandarin-speaking clients or executives.
- Serve as a cultural liaison, helping to navigate cross-cultural communication and business etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for easy retrieval of bilingual documents.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, and office management as needed.
- Assist in client onboarding and support for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support, translation, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with business terminology in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
