Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Director/Owner, managing all communications (calls, emails, and meetings) with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
- Organize and prioritize the executiveâs schedule, ensuring optimal time management and alignment with business and personal commitments.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Director/Owner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Manage personal and household logistics, including but not limited to vendor coordination, event planning, and errands.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the Director/Owner, offering solutions and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
- Experience with travel coordination, including visa arrangements, flight bookings, and itinerary planning.
- High level of discretion and professionalism, with a proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience living or working in Bali or a similar international setting is highly desirable.
