Responsibility
- Carefully inspect books and other products for defects or damage before packaging.
- Accurately count, sort, and organize items according to packaging guidelines.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with correct information, including addresses and tracking details.
- Ensure all packaged items meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or shortages.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and organizing items.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10 kg).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
