Responsibility
- Assemble and build semiconductor components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Perform testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure functionality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to adhere to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve assembly processes.
- Document assembly procedures, test results, and any deviations for quality assurance purposes.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and assembly techniques.
- Adhere to the 12-hour rotating shift schedule, ensuring smooth operations across all shifts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, including nights and weekends.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
