Responsibility

  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting for the marketing department.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, both digital and print, as needed.
  • Monitor and track marketing expenses, budgets, and invoices.
  • Support the organization of events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or a related field (internships count!).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education, marketing, or creative industries is highly desirable.
