Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable with high accuracy.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
- Coordinate administrative duties, such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial and administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
