Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and leave tracking.
- Coordinate with finance teams to process accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and budget tracking for operational costs.
- Maintain and optimize office operations, including vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax, social security) and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, and administrative matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve inter-departmental communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, management, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
