Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to process accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and budget tracking for operational costs.
  • Maintain and optimize office operations, including vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax, social security) and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, and administrative matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve inter-departmental communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
