Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on various digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or company-specific channels).
- Engage with the audience in real time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster interaction.
- Develop and execute creative content ideas to keep viewers entertained and coming back for more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live streams with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement rates) and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure technical setup (audio, video, lighting) is optimized for high-quality broadcasts.
- Promote upcoming live streams across social media to maximize reach and participation.
- Stay updated on trends in live streaming, social media, and digital content to keep sessions fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident and charismatic on-camera presence with a natural ability to engage audiences.
- Basic knowledge of live streaming tools and platforms (e.g., OBS, StreamYard, or mobile apps).
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience feedback.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, well-lit space for streaming.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for audience growth.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as live streams may be scheduled outside regular business hours.
- Previous experience in hosting, public speaking, or content creation is a strong advantage.
