Responsibility
- Floor Staff:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items, specials, or pairings.
- Manage table turnover efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions, including processing bills and providing change.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to tables.
- Kitchen Staff:
- Prepare and assemble Japanese dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in food prep tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment (e.g., grills, fryers, rice cookers) safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or spoilage to the kitchen supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Follow plating guidelines to ensure dishes are visually appealing and consistent.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- For kitchen roles, basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or food prep is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese or Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions (floor staff).
