Responsibility
- Contact potential clients to discuss insurance products and services
- Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
- Explain policy terms, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
