Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent for various roles.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, fostering a harmonious workplace.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding programs for new hires and coordinate ongoing training and development initiatives for existing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to management on organizational development, performance management, and talent retention.
  • Act as a champion for company culture, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall job satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a Human Resources Generalist or Managerial role, preferably within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
