Responsibility
- Welcome and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Set up and maintain hotpot dining stations, including utensils, condiments, and tableware.
- Assist guests with menu selections, explain hotpot options, and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and replenish hotpot broths, ingredients, and side dishes to ensure smooth service.
- Process orders efficiently using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings (6 PM – 11 PM) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
