Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and board games to enhance guest experience.
- Monitor tables for cleanliness, refills, and guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain knowledge of café promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Passion for board games or willingness to learn café-specific offerings.
