Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and visual merchandising to optimize product presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and budgeting, to ensure profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align store operations with broader business objectives and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in retail management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach to handle challenges proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
