Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage lounge seating, reservations, and guest flow to optimize space and comfort.
- Provide information about lounge amenities, local attractions, and travel-related inquiries in English and basic Korean (preferred).
- Monitor and restock lounge supplies, including beverages, snacks, and reading materials, to maintain a well-presented environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and functionality of all lounge areas.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in organizing cultural or promotional events within the lounge to enhance guest engagement.
- Uphold Santai Lounge’s service standards and brand reputation through consistent, high-quality interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field (e.g., hotels, lounges, or travel agencies).
- Fluent in English; basic Korean language skills are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems or lounge management software is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a bonus.
