Join a dynamic team as a Part-Time Fragrance Workshop & Events Facilitator in Bali’s most vibrant locations! This unique role offers the opportunity to lead hands-on scent-crafting workshops for both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients, delivering immersive, educational experiences in the art of fragrance creation.
Based in stunning venues across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other prime Bali locations, you’ll engage diverse audiences, from luxury resort guests to corporate teams, fostering creativity and sensory exploration. Whether it’s a private event, team-building session, or public workshop, your passion for fragrance and exceptional facilitation skills will leave a lasting impression.
This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for enthusiasts of perfumery, hospitality, or experiential education. No prior fragrance expertise is required—full training will be provided!
Responsibility
- Conduct engaging, hands-on scent-crafting workshops for groups of varying sizes, ensuring a premium experience for all participants.
- Tailor workshop content to meet the needs of corporate clients (B2B) and individual guests (B2C), including team-building activities and private sessions.
- Set up and manage workshop materials, tools, and fragrance ingredients, ensuring a seamless and professional delivery.
- Educate participants on fragrance notes, blending techniques, and the art of perfumery in an accessible and interactive manner.
- Collaborate with event organizers to customize workshops based on themes, budgets, and client preferences.
- Maintain a welcoming and energetic demeanor, fostering a positive and creative atmosphere for all attendees.
- Assist in marketing efforts by capturing high-quality photos/videos of workshops for promotional use.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Qualifications
- Passion for fragrance, sensory experiences, or creative arts—no formal perfumery background required.
- Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate workshop schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in workshop presentation and execution.
- Basic knowledge of fragrance families, essential oils, or aromatherapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
