Note: This is a temporary part-time role based in Bali, with flexible scheduling to accommodate festival and event demands.
Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly arranged.
- Assist in managing crowd flow during peak festival periods to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, or requests professionally and escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Support promotional activities, including distributing flyers, setting up event displays, and engaging customers with product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adhere to company policies, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on festival/event schedules.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and operating POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
