Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to festival attendees, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases at our Mid Valley event booth.
  • Support promotional activities, including product demonstrations and sampling to drive sales and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations during the festival.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service throughout the event.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling the booth, ensuring all equipment and products are handled with care.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
