Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to festival attendees, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases at our Mid Valley event booth.
- Support promotional activities, including product demonstrations and sampling to drive sales and engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations during the festival.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service throughout the event.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling the booth, ensuring all equipment and products are handled with care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the festival schedule.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the festival event.
