Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations for employees.
- Provide acute and chronic disease management, including prescribing medications, ordering lab tests, and coordinating referrals when necessary.
- Deliver preventive care services, such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to promote long-term wellness.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each employeeās health needs and occupational risks.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy habits, and workplace safety to reduce absenteeism and improve productivity.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with HR teams and occupational health specialists to address workplace health concerns and emergency response protocols.
- Stay updated on latest medical guidelines, occupational health trends, and Indonesian healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with board certification in Family Medicine.
- Valid license to practice medicine in Indonesia (SIP/SIK) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in family medicine, occupational health, or general practice.
- Strong diagnostic and patient management skills, with a focus on adult and geriatric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse employee populations.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and digital medical documentation.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and adherence to HIPAA/confidentiality standards.
