Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences and special requests, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
  • Serve breakfast items, beverages, and amenities with attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including setting up and breaking down breakfast service stations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure timely service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
  • Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel and local regulations.
  • Provide attentive and anticipatory service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, aligning with EDITION’s luxury standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
