Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences and special requests, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve breakfast items, beverages, and amenities with attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including setting up and breaking down breakfast service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure timely service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel and local regulations.
- Provide attentive and anticipatory service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, aligning with EDITIONâs luxury standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
