As an Event Crew member, youâll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless event execution, from setup to teardown, while engaging with attendees and supporting exhibitors. Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, dismantling, and logistics of event booths, stages, and exhibition areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, exhibitors, and VIP guests.
- Support crowd control and ensure smooth flow of foot traffic during peak hours.
- Distribute promotional materials and guide visitors to key event zones.
- Operate basic AV equipment or assist technical teams as needed.
- Monitor event spaces for safety compliance and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
- Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor throughout the event duration.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
- Outgoing, team-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo pre-event training and briefings.
