As our Social Media and Email Marketing Manager, you will have the flexibility to work from the beautiful locations of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on Meta platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media channels.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media and email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence and email subscriber list.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media and Email Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta platforms and Klaviyo.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and email marketing software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
